Terms of Use of the Service www.gatroparts.com

General Provisions

Fulfilling the obligation arising from the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No 144, item 1204 with amendments), we hereby state that the operator and the provider of the Service www.gastroparts.com is GASTROPARTS  sp. z o.o. [General Partnership] with its seats in Toruń, ul. Józefa Nowaka 7-9 (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership), listed under KRS no: 0000369171, NIP: 956-227-59-65 in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register [KRS] led by the District Court in Toruń, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register.

Terms of use of the Service and the services offered therein are specified in the “Shop Rules and Regulations” available free of charge on the website www.gastroparts.com and in our offices.

The Controller of personal data of the users being natural persons as defined by the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No 101, item 926 with amendments) is Gastroparts sp. z o.o.

 

Security of Personal Data

All gathered personal data, including data submitted by users during registration process, is protected and used in line with the terms specified by the following acts: Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No 101, item 926 with amendments), the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No 144, item 1204 with amendments), the Regulation of 29 April 2004 by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration as regards personal data processing documentation and technical and organisational conditions which should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for the personal data processing (Journal of Laws No 100, item 1024).

Personal data collection in our Service is limited to the necessary minimum. We also guarantee that it will be processed strictly and exclusively in order to fulfil sales agreements, review possible customer complaints, optimise functioning of the system as well as to support after sales processes and marketing communication.

Every user of the Service has the possibility to access, amend or delete their data. However, data deletion will disable further after sales service and usage of other Service functions.

Data gathered by us is stored in a secured server using all measures required by the generally applicable law and by the guidelines of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data. Personal data is disclosed to our business partners only to the extent necessary to realise the purchase order including courier delivery.

No third party user of our Service has any possibility to access your personal data.

  5. Telephones and mobile devices – every telephone or other mobile device may handle cookies in a different way. Information regarding cookies storage should be available on the website of the mobile device producer.
